Website: https://www.gaadizo.com
PART A — GAADIZO-OPERATED WORKSHOPS
1. Applicability and Service Scope
1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to automotive inspections, diagnosis, maintenance,
repairs, spare parts, bodywork, painting, pickup, delivery and related services undertaken by
workshops operated by Gaadiz Automotive Pvt Ltd under the Gaadizo brand.
1.2. Services are limited to the work identified and authorized in the relevant job card,
estimate, invoice or verifiable customer communication.
1.3. A booking, vehicle pickup or initial job card does not constitute a commitment to repair
every defect or restore the entire vehicle to an as-new condition.
1.4. Independent Partner Workshop transactions are separately addressed in Part B.
2. Vehicle Pickup, Handover and Initial Inspection
2.1. Vehicle pickup and delivery schedules are subject to driver availability, operational
requirements, traffic and other circumstances affecting service.
2.2. Vehicle pickup or receipt shall not constitute a complete mechanical, electrical, electronic,
structural, cosmetic or inventory inspection.
2.3. Photographs, videos, inspection reports and inventory records prepared by Gaadizo are
indicative and may not capture every pre-existing defect, scratch, dent, malfunction, missing
item or other vehicle condition.
2.4. The customer shall disclose known defects, damage, warning lights, unusual vehicle
behaviour, accident history, water damage and missing items at handover.
2.5. Any subsequent allegation of damage or discrepancy must identify the specific concern and
shall be examined against available service, custody and vehicle-condition records.
2.6. No liability shall be presumed merely because a particular condition was not recorded at
pickup. Responsibility for any proven damage or deficiency shall be determined in accordance
with applicable law.
3. Pickup, Delivery, Road Testing and Insurance
3.1. The customer shall provide legally required vehicle documents and maintain valid
insurance and other statutory requirements applicable to the vehicle.
3.2. Reasonable vehicle movement, operational checks and road testing may be undertaken
where relevant to the authorized service.
3.3. Fuel consumed during agreed pickup, delivery or testing may be borne by the customer
where the arrangement and any separately chargeable costs have been disclosed.
3.4. Applicable pickup, delivery, towing or transportation charges shall be communicated where
separately chargeable.
3.5. Any accident, loss or damage arising during custody, movement or road testing shall be
assessed using relevant records, evidence, applicable insurance and governing law.
4. Job Card, Customer Instructions and Authorization
4.1. The job card records the complaints or work requests communicated by the customer and
may be updated as further findings emerge.
4.2. Customer instructions, acknowledgements and approvals may be obtained and
documented through signed job cards, WhatsApp, SMS, email, telephone conversations, call
recordings, OTP, electronic communications or the Gaadizo Super App.
4.3. Such records may be relied upon to establish the scope of customer instructions and
authorized work, subject to applicable evidentiary requirements.
4.4. A general job-card acknowledgement does not automatically authorize additional
chargeable repairs. Such work requires verifiable customer authorization.
4.5. Call recording, personal-data handling and related activities shall comply with applicable
mandatory requirements.
4.6. The customer shall inform Gaadizo promptly if the recorded complaint, vehicle information
or proposed work is materially incorrect.
5. Diagnosis and Technical Assessment
5.1. Automotive diagnosis is based on symptoms, available vehicle condition, technical testing,
scanner readings and professional assessment.
5.2. Certain defects may be intermittent, concealed, interconnected or discoverable only after
dismantling, testing or completion of earlier repairs.
5.3. Diagnostic findings may identify confirmed faults, suspected causes or additional defects
requiring further investigation.
5.4. Diagnosis or repair of one component does not guarantee that every related symptom or
fault will be resolved.
6. Progressive Diagnosis and Multiple Defects
6.1. A vehicle may exhibit a common symptom arising from more than one defective
component or system.
6.2. Repairs may therefore be undertaken in stages based on available findings and customer
approval.
6.3. Where an additional defect is discovered after earlier authorized work, the subsequent
repair may require a revised estimate and separate authorization.
6.4. Continuation of a symptom does not, by itself, establish that an earlier repair was
unnecessary or defective. Equally, customer approval does not, by itself, establish that a repair
was necessary or properly performed.
6.5. The work performed, diagnostic findings and circumstances shall be considered when
assessing any complaint.
7. Estimates, Additional Repairs and Cost Variations
7.1. Estimates are prepared on the basis of the customer complaint, available inspection
findings and anticipated work.
7.2. Estimates may change where additional defects, damaged components, non-reusable parts
or other requirements are identified.
7.3. Additional chargeable repairs, replacement parts and materially revised estimates require
separate customer authorization.
7.4. Approval of one repair does not automatically authorize another repair, even where both
relate to the same reported symptom.
7.5. Where the customer declines additional work, the vehicle may be returned or handled
according to its actual condition, technical feasibility and applicable safety requirements.
8. Dismantling, Internal Inspection and Customer-Declined Repairs
8.1. Internal inspection or dismantling may be necessary to identify concealed faults in engines,
transmissions, mechanical assemblies or other systems.
8.2. Authorized dismantling or diagnostic work may remain chargeable even where the
customer subsequently declines the recommended repair.
8.3. Dismantling may reveal worn, damaged, defective or deteriorated components that were
not reasonably identifiable during the initial inspection.
8.4. Additional repairs identified during dismantling shall be separately estimated and
authorized where chargeable.
8.5. Certain parts, seals, gaskets, fasteners or assemblies may not be suitable for reuse after
dismantling.
8.6. Where the customer declines recommended repairs, Gaadizo may discuss technically
feasible reassembly, alternative handling or towing.
8.7. Reassembly and additional replacement parts may involve separate charges, subject to
customer authorization and applicable law.
8.8. Where dismantling or internal inspection reveals worn, damaged, defective or deteriorated
components and the customer declines the recommended repairs, reassembly without
rectification of such defects may not restore the vehicle to its previous operating condition.
8.9. Depending on the nature of the identified defects and the condition of existing
components, the vehicle may experience continued or increased noise, vibration, misfiring,
starting difficulty, reduced performance, warning lights, fluid leakage or other operational
limitations following reassembly.
8.10. Certain components, seals, gaskets, fasteners or assemblies may not be suitable for reuse
following dismantling. Additional parts or procedures may be necessary for proper reassembly
and shall be separately estimated and authorized where chargeable.
8.11. Where technically feasible, reassembly without carrying out the recommended repairs
may be undertaken upon customer authorization. Such reassembly does not constitute a
guarantee that the vehicle will return to its pre-dismantling operating condition.
8.12. Gaadizo may decline to undertake reassembly or road operation where the requested
procedure cannot reasonably be performed safely or in accordance with appropriate technical
practices. The customer may arrange suitable transportation or towing where necessary.
8.13. Charges for authorized diagnosis, dismantling, reassembly, parts and related work shall be
assessed according to the approved scope and applicable law. Responsibility for any alleged
damage or deterioration shall be assessed with reference to the documented vehicle condition,
technical findings, work performed and applicable law.
9. Engine, Ignition and Mechanical Repairs
9.1. Engine misfiring, abnormal noise, overheating, oil consumption, low compression, starting
difficulty and performance concerns may involve multiple mechanical, electrical or electronic
causes.
9.2. Replacement of spark plugs, ignition coils, sensors or other components does not
guarantee resolution of defects involving timing systems, camshafts, valves, compression,
wiring or other assemblies.
9.3. Internal engine repairs may reveal additional defects or non-reusable components
requiring further approval.
10. Automatic and Other Transmission Repairs
10.1. Automatic, AMT, CVT, DCT and related transmission faults may involve mechanical,
hydraulic, electrical, electronic or software-related causes.
10.2. Repair or replacement of a clutch, mechatronic unit, TCM, solenoid, sensor or other
component does not guarantee resolution of unrelated or concealed transmission defects.
10.3. Further testing, calibration, adaptation or repair may be required and separately
estimated where chargeable.
11. Air-Conditioning Repairs
11.1. AC performance concerns may arise from multiple components, including refrigerant
leaks, compressors, clutches, condensers, evaporators, sensors, wiring and electronic controls.
11.2. AC servicing, cleaning, refrigerant charging or repair of one component does not
constitute a guarantee of the entire AC system.
11.3. Additional defects identified after an authorized service may require separate diagnosis
and approval.
12. Electronics, Sensors and Control Modules
12.1. Electronic systems may exhibit intermittent faults, concealed wiring defects, water
damage, communication failures, software issues or component deterioration.
12.2. Repair, programming or replacement of one module or component does not guarantee
the condition or continued functioning of other electronic systems.
12.3. Any express warranty applies only to its stated scope, subject to applicable law.
13. Braking, Steering, Suspension, Emissions and Safety Systems
13.1. Repairs involving braking, steering, suspension, DPF, EGR, emission controls and other
safety-related systems shall be assessed according to the identified defect and authorized
scope.
13.2. Repair or cleaning of one component does not guarantee complete resolution of
unrelated faults, mileage concerns or future emission-test results.
13.3. Vehicles with unresolved safety-critical defects may require further repair or suitable
transportation rather than road operation.
14. Spare Parts and Removed Components
14.1. Depending on customer approval and availability, parts may be OEM, aftermarket,
refurbished, reconditioned or customer-supplied.
14.2. Applicable manufacturer, supplier or expressly provided warranties shall be governed by
their stated terms and mandatory legal rights.
14.3. Gaadizo does not provide a product warranty for parts supplied directly by the customer,
although applicable responsibility for Gaadizo's own installation workmanship remains
unaffected.
14.4. Removed parts may be returned upon timely customer request where available and not
subject to an applicable exchange, warranty-return or similar arrangement.
14.5. Unrequested removed parts may be disposed of, recycled, scrapped or exchanged after
service completion, subject to applicable law and evidence-preservation requirements.
15. Bodywork, Denting and Painting
15.1. Bodywork and paint estimates may change following inspection of concealed damage,
previous repairs, filler, corrosion or underlying surface conditions.
15.2. Gaadizo-operated workshops provide a six-month limited workmanship warranty for the
specific invoiced painted area.
15.3. This warranty does not ordinarily cover deterioration caused by pre-existing filler or putty,
previous repainting, corrosion, accidental damage, scratches, stone chips, chemical exposure,
abrasive cleaning or other causes unrelated to defective paint workmanship.
15.4. Reasonable shade variation may occur due to vehicle age, existing paint condition and
previous repairs.
15.5. Bodywork and painted vehicles may be presented for customer inspection before final
delivery.
16. Testing, Quality Checks and Delivery
16.1. Gaadizo may conduct reasonable checks or road tests relevant to the authorized repairs.
16.2. Testing may not reproduce every intermittent or concealed fault.
16.3. Customers are requested to inspect the vehicle, invoice and visible vehicle condition at
delivery and promptly report concerns.
16.4. Delivery acknowledgement records handover but does not automatically waive valid
claims concerning concealed defects, workmanship or other legally protected matters.
17. Post-Service Support and Warranty
17.1. Gaadizo-operated workshops provide 15 calendar days of post-service support for the
specific repair or service listed on the invoice, subject to the nature and scope of the work.
17.2. This support is not a whole-vehicle warranty and does not automatically cover unrelated
components, new faults, pre-existing defects or services not performed.
17.3. A longer express warranty or applicable manufacturer warranty, where provided, shall
operate according to its terms.
17.4. Claims shall be assessed according to the invoiced work, available technical findings,
vehicle condition, relevant maintenance and applicable law.
17.5. No provision restricts remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Repair Outcomes and Warranty Assessment
18.1. Automotive repair outcomes depend on the vehicle's condition, identified faults,
approved work and the condition of related systems.
18.2. No guarantee of permanent symptom elimination or future fault-free operation is implied
beyond an applicable express warranty or legal obligation.
18.3. A warranty or service complaint may require inspection and technical assessment before
an appropriate remedy can be determined.
18.4. Maintenance neglect, misuse, accidents, third-party interference or other conditions may
be relevant where they caused or contributed to the reported failure.
19. Customer Responsibilities and Personal Belongings
19.1. The customer shall provide accurate complaint details and disclose known vehicle defects
and relevant history.
19.2. The customer shall remove all cash, valuables, personal belongings and unnecessary
accessories before handing over the vehicle.
19.3. Gaadizo does not undertake responsibility for the custody or safekeeping of undeclared
personal belongings.
19.4. Unverified claims for missing belongings or accessories shall not automatically qualify for
compensation. Any liability established under applicable law remains unaffected.
19.5. The customer shall provide legally required vehicle documents and maintain applicable
insurance.
19.6. The customer shall review estimates, approvals and invoices and communicate
corrections or concerns promptly.
20. Payments, Garaging Charges and Vehicle Collection
20.1. Payment of authorized and applicable charges is due before or at vehicle delivery unless
another payment arrangement has been agreed.
20.2. Payments should be made only through Gaadizo's designated and verifiable payment
channels.
20.3. Additional work shall not be treated as chargeable merely because an internal estimate or
job-card entry was created; customer authorization must be established.
20.4. Where a vehicle remains at the workshop after completion of work, or while awaiting
customer instructions or approvals, a garaging/storage charge of ₹500 per calendar day may
apply after seven calendar days from an appropriate written collection or action notice, where
the charge has been disclosed and is legally permissible.
20.5. The notice shall identify the vehicle, the relevant pending action or collection
requirement, the proposed commencement of storage charges and the applicable rate.
20.6. Storage charges shall not be imposed for delay attributable to Gaadizo or where
otherwise prohibited by law.
20.7. Vehicle collection, payment disputes and any retention or release of the vehicle shall be
handled in accordance with applicable law.
21. Complaints, Vehicle Condition and Dispute Review
21.1. Customers may report concerns regarding repairs, invoices, pickup, delivery, belongings
or vehicle condition through Gaadizo's designated support channels.
21.2. Gaadizo may review job cards, estimates, approvals, diagnostic records, photographs,
videos, messages, inspection findings and other relevant evidence.
21.3. A claim shall not be rejected solely because the customer did not photograph the vehicle
before pickup or did not report a concealed defect at delivery.
21.4. The appropriate outcome shall depend on the available evidence, applicable warranty,
established circumstances and governing law.
PART B — INDEPENDENT PARTNER WORKSHOPS
22. Platform and Facilitation Services
22.1. Gaadizo may provide advertising, marketing, lead generation, booking facilitation, CRM,
software and related technology services to independently owned and operated automotive
workshops.
22.2. Such workshops operate independently and are not automatically Gaadizo-operated
service centres.
23. Actual Repair Provider and Invoicing
23.1. Where an independent workshop undertakes the repair, the actual service provider shall
be identified to the customer.
23.2. The independent workshop ordinarily determines and performs the repair scope, issues
its own repair invoice and handles its own workmanship and service obligations.
23.3. Actual contractual arrangements, representations, payment collection and conduct shall
determine the applicable responsibilities.
24. Partner Workshop Complaints and Warranties
24.1. Repair-related warranty, refund and service complaints concerning independent partner
work should ordinarily be addressed to the workshop that provided the repair.
24.2. Gaadizo may facilitate communication or complaint escalation without thereby providing
a separate warranty for that workshop's repairs.
24.3. Nothing excludes responsibility arising from Gaadizo's own conduct or mandatory legal
obligations.
PART C — GENERAL CONDITIONS
25. Customer Information and Digital Records
25.1. Gaadizo may maintain job cards, customer communications, diagnostic reports,

applicable law.
26. Digital Communication and Acceptance

email, the Super App, the website or other appropriate channels.
26.2. An affirmative customer response may evidence acknowledgement or authorization
according to the wording and context of the communication.
26.3. Silence, message delivery or a read receipt alone shall not be treated as authorization for
additional chargeable work.
26.4. Material changes in repair scope, charges or identified technical risks may require
separate approval.
26.5. Electronic communications and recordings may be retained and relied upon as evidence,
subject to applicable mandatory legal and evidentiary requirements.
27. Website and Technology Services
27.1. The website, Super App and communication systems may be used to facilitate bookings,
job cards, estimates, approvals, service updates, payments and records.

customer rights and obligations remain governed by the actual transaction and law.
28. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
